Insurance premium payments are governed by the terms and conditions established by the insurance carrier underwriting the policy. Premium amounts, due dates, and payment methods are determined by the carrier and applicable state regulations.
2. Refund Eligibility

- Timing of the cancellation request relative to policy effective date

3. Policy Cancellations

4. Pro-Rated Refunds

6. Refund Processing Time
Refund processing may require several business days to several weeks depending on the insurance carrier, financial institution, and payment method used. Westhouse Insurance Agency, LLC is not responsible for delays caused by insurance carriers or banking institutions.
7. Billing Disputes
Customers with questions about their billing or who wish to dispute a charge should contact our office immediately. We will work with you and the carrier to investigate and resolve any billing discrepancies as promptly as possible.
8. No Guarantee of Refunds
Refund approvals remain subject to insurance carrier rules, underwriting guidelines, and applicable state and federal regulations. Westhouse Insurance Agency, LLC cannot guarantee refund approval on behalf of third-party carriers.
